Monday - Friday 6:15 AM to 8:30 PM (closed daily from 2:00PM - 4:00PM)
Saturday - 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Sunday - 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

In our 8 Lane Competitive pool, generally we have at least one Lane available for Lane Swimming during Aquatic open hours.
On occasion there may be short periods in which a lane may not be available due to programming, please visit the online schedule to confirm.
The number of available Lanes varies depending on programming for rentals and group fitness classes.

*7 and under must be in arm’s length of an adult (16 +) with a ratio of 1 adult per 3 children. The adult must be in the water
*12 and under must have parent supervision (16+ must be in aquatic centre)
*13+ can swim independently

*Under 12 not permitted to attend aquatic group exercise (unless approved by Aquatic Manager/Director)
*12-13 years may attend with parent (16+)
*14+ can attend independently (includes hydro rider)
