ARENA (SKATING)
- Helmets are recommended for all ages
- Youth 12 and under MUST wear a helmet on the ice
- * Youth 6 & under are permitted on the ice with their parent/guardian 16+ remaining within arm's reach ).
- * Youth 7-12 are permitted on the ice with parent/guardian supervision by age 16+
- * Youth 13 & up permitted on the ice, strongly recommend their supervision by age 16+
- No one permitted on ice during resurfacing; Zamboni doors must be closed before anyone may return to the ice
- Use of skate aids is permitted, but no chairs may be used on the ice

- Organizations & groups renting ice will be held responsible for their members and guests
- Users will be held responsible for stolen items and/or damage to dressing rooms/keys
- Only authorized groups will be permitted dressing room access (youth supervision required in dressing rooms).
- Dressing Room Keys are distributed at the Welcome Desk and require a trade for keys or Identification in order for staff to sign the key over to you.
- RECC will not distribute keys to youth under 16 years and/or youth without supervision.
- Early dressing room access prior to scheduled rental times only when possible if unoccupied, when released by staff if cleaning procedures were completed
- Dressing room door must be locked when leaving the room unattended.
- Do not trade your keys with other user groups scheduled next into the same room, all dressing room key exchanges must be complete at the Welcome Desk
- Any individual found in a dressing room not associated with that group is trespassing
- Users are responsible for light cleaning of the dressing room before leaving, including all tape, garbage, and showers
- Dressing room door must be locked when leaving the room unattended.
- Smoking, chewing tobacco, hookahs, and e-cigarettes are prohibited in all areas of RECC property
- Chewing and spitting sunflower seeds is prohibited in the RECC
- No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted to be brought into the facility

- Youth 18 and under must have a parent/legal guardian read and complete a liability waiver prior to ANY climbing
- Youth 12 and under must be supervised by someone age 16+ to be permitted within the climbing area (unless attending a registered youth program)
- Children 3 and under may NOT use the Auto Belay
- Only Auto-Belay is available during regular climbing hours; otherwise climber must have partner with B4U climb certification, or purchase of “Hire-A- Belayer”
- Staff reserve the right to limit/restrict the number of persons in the climbing zone
- Appropriate shoes and clothing must be worn; Outside shoes and bare feet are not permitted
- Shirts must be worn at all times
- Individuals not following guidelines may lose Climbing Wall privileges
- Parents/guardians are responsible to enforce appropriate behaviour and ensure their children’s safety
- No food or drink, with the exception of water bottles, is allowed in the climbing zone
- Patrons who are suspected to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will be prohibited from entering the climbing zone
- All equipment must be returned to proper storage following use

For the protection and convenience of all our members, it is essential that each individual scans their membership card and signs in at the welcome desk to gain access to the ADC.

- All Drop-In Users and Members must read and sign the RECC General Liability Waiver and sign in at the Welcome Desk.
- Availability of the ADC is subject to RECC programming or private bookings that may be scheduled.
- Youth 16 years and older may work out independently in the ADC; a complimentary Fit Start Orientation is strongly encouraged
- Youth 13-15 years may work out independently in the ADC; however a complimentary Fit Start Orientation is strongly encouraged.
- Youth 12 years are not permitted in the ADC unless accompanied by a fitness trainer/coach or supervised by parent/adult 16+ years. A complimentary Fit Start Orientation is strongly encouraged.
- Children under 12 years (including babies & toddlers) ARE NOT permitted access to the ADC unless attending a specific RECC fitness program with a RECC trainer
- Appropriate attire is required (shirts are mandatory at all times), no cut-offs and no jeans.
- Closed-toed non-slip indoor shoes are required. (No sandals/socks/work boots etc). Footwear must be clean/dry/non-marking.
- Personal items are not to be stored in the ADC; please use designated locker rooms at own risk.

- Ensure proper safety techniques are employed when using equipment
- Weights are to be returned to the rack after use
- Do not drop the weights
- Spray and wipe equipment when finished
- Foul language is not permitted
- Food is not permitted
- Improper use of equipment and/or damage may result in removal of privileges

- Music must be suitable for all ages (no explicit or offensive content) and at an appropriate volume.
- Phone calls are not to be made or taken in the ADC; please step outside.
