AQUAGO!
AquaGO! Is a nationwide program for children to build the skills to take part in aquatic-based activities throughout their lives. The skills that are practiced in this program are comparable to skills learned in learn to swim programs.
AquaGO! Will introduce young swimmers to the exciting world of synchronized swimming! Swimmers in this class will enjoy aquatic games and activities, as well as learning basic synchronized swimming skills, and physical fitness. This level is for new, and returning AquaGo! participants who are comfortable in the water.
Prerequisites: Swimmers must be 6-8 years old, and be able to float comfortably unassisted on their front and back. Completion of Preschool 4 or Swimmer 1 is strongly recommended.

AquaGO! This Level's participants have had some exposure to AquaGo! Programs or synchronized swimming, and are excited to expand their skills. Participants in this class will be 8 -11 years of age, very comfortable in the water, and motivated to learn a routine!
Prerequisites: Must be comfortable with treading in deep water, be able to swim 25m of any stroke confidently, and have mastered whip kick. Completion of Swimmer 4 is strongly recommended.

Adult Intro to Synchro!
Try Synchro! Have you always been curious to try synchronized swimming? Do you love swimming? Bored of laps and need a new challenge? Are you looking for a new type of workout? This program is for anyone with basic swimming ability. Absolutely NO synchronized swimming experience is necessary. The class will be designed to meet the needs and fitness level of the participants. You will be glad you finally tried it!
Member $74 + Tax. - Non-Members $86 + Tax.
Recommended: 16+ Years Old
