“Last Chance” Christmas Craft Fair at the RECC! 
Registration Opens August 22 at 10AM.

FREE admission for all and will feature over 100 Vendors! Santa and Mrs. Clause will be making an appearance from 1:00-3:00pm and will be giving out cookies for the kids! 

WHERE
Rath Eastlink Community Centre, 625 Abenaki Rd., Truro, NS.

WHEN
Saturday, December 8th, from 10am – 4pm.

VENDOR FEES
• 6 foot without power: $55 plus tax 
• 6 foot with power: $60 plus tax 
• 8 foot without power: $65 plus tax 
• 8 foot with power: $70 plus tax

SPACE
1 table & 2 chairs provided. We do not provide table cloths or skirting. Please download the Vendor Map to view all the table locations. All tables are numbered. Vendors may use their own tables, as long as the allotted space is not exceeded. If you wish to provide your own table, chose a suitable size and power accessibility on the map for your options and indicate in the form that you will bring your own table.

SET UP
Saturday, December 8th from 8:00am to 9:30am. Upon arrival, your table will be set-up with your business name labelled. ALL VENDORS MUST BE SET UP NO LATER THEN 9:30am.

REMOVAL
All Materials must be removed Saturday, December 8th from 4pm – 5pm. ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO STAY SET UP UNTIL THE END OF THE SHOW.

PAYMENT
Payment instructions will be given on approval of application. Payment for your table is due two weeks after you receive confirmation. If your table is not paid within the requested time, it will be released and available for others to rent. All payments must be in by November 26th

SECURITY
The RECC accepts no responsibility for damaged or stolen items.

PROMOTIONS
We understand that it is important to vendors that organizers promote the event significantly so traffic is good. We will execute a full marketing campaign to promote this event, including media buying, facebook promotions, website, etc. PLUS admission is FREE for all!

REGISTER
Vendors MUST fill in the online form to apply to become a vendor at this show. Registration opens August 22 at 10AM. We will contact you to confirm the approval of your application after review and to give payment instructions.

CANCELLATIONS
Must be made before November 26th, 2018 by contacting us. Any cancellations after November 26th are non-refundable.

RULES
Registration is first-come-first-served, but we will limit some product categories to ensure a mixture of vendor types and to keep the focus on Christmas crafts. Please fill in the form to apply and we will get back to you to let you know if we can approve your application.
